Who Can Nominate?
The DPIM Business Excellence Awards 2026 is open to all registered businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals who meet the following minimum requirements:
Business Registration: Must be a legally registered entity with SSM (for Malaysian companies) or the respective national regulatory body, operating for at least 1โ2 years (except for the Emerging Entrepreneur category).
Compliance & Ethics: The business must have no active legal disputes, liquidation proceedings, or unresolved consumer tribunal cases.
Leadership & Innovation: Must be able to demonstrate measurable growth, operational innovation, or a positive impact on the community/economy over the past 12 months.
Open to All Sectors: Both Muslim and non-Muslim owned businesses are eligible to apply across all standard categories; the Islamic Business Excellence category is specifically reserved for Shariah-compliant operations or Halal-certified businesses.
